(using PSE 5.0)

Not really sure of the step-by-step since I just kept editing until I was happy with it.
But here are (as best I can remember) the things I did:
-Cropped, increased the saturation & contrast.
-adjusted levels, sharpened image & reduced noise.
-decreased saturation and blurred the background.
-applied a subtle orton effect and darkened the edges.

I have been having lots of fun trying new things in my photo editor. I hope to keep playing along with fix it fridays so I can learn even more!
